Nothing that I can remember

Bathroom congested, towels not clean, No hand shower or Bucket for bathing, Breakfast very bad no much options very limited menu

Clean, quality hotel with outstanding shower, excellent bedding and restaurant at an affordable price.

Had booked for my parents. The staff was good and accomodating to the needs of a senior age group couple. My parents loved the food at the restaurant. They would love to recommend this hotel to people visiting Nashik

Nothing to mention

Location

Windows are not open in rooms, some bad smell in rooms.

The staff is friendly and efficient

Food and B/F can be improved

Staff is very good especially the reception. But one of the staff was looking at us suspecialy as he even followed us to our floor and kept waiting till we went into the room. It felt very bad.

Breakfast wasn’t good especially the pav and misal I ate tasted stale. The juice wasn’t tasting good , felt like watermelon were cut at night and morning juice was made. They must concentrate on food freshness.

Staff was very very helpful and attends promptly. Breakfast not fancy, but tasty. Rooms, facilities , cleanliness is well worth for money. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned. gave late checkout (of course for half rate, but worth it)

They do not have universal adaptors in rooms or rooms service. India has round pin, so take you power adapters

Generous StaffQuick service

Value for Money, even though rooms were of premium category bathroom facilities and hygiene wasn’t of premium

Wonderful Hotel, one of the most comfortable stay. Amazing hospitality from the time the entered the hotel until I left, the guy at the reception was humble and polite and very professional too. The lady at the restaurant at the time of breakfast, not able yo recollect her name. But she was very humble n polite too and very much professional. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Will surely recommend to others.

Everything was amazing

Room was spacious and clean

Checkin took time even after the advance booking and telephonic confirmation over phone to the hotel staff prior to reaching the hotel

Excellent facilities, service was prompt, the coffee shop had some excellent cakes. Room was clean and the bathroom was downright luxurious.

Very minor point but the restaurant was a little pricey. Again, this was a very minor point.

Attentive and helpful staff. Location is convenient and valet parking is available. The property has cafe and restaurant.

Bathrooms could be renovated and deep cleaned properly. Both Hand and Bath towels need to be replaced with new ones as they are quite old with stains.

Nice hotel with a good location, very clean spacious rooms with noiseproof windows and friendly reception.

Nothing, except for the fact that we had some noisy loud guests on the same floor the first night with no respect whatsoever for the other guests sleeping in the middle of night.

We were travelling to Gujarat from Bengaluru by our own car and had broken our Journey in Nashik. We were happy we came across this hotel through Booking.com and Liked the Breakfast spread and the room/bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff Ms.Jayashree was extremely courteous and we were very happy with the overall service. We were very glad during our onward journey, so we decided to stay at SSK SOLITAIRE again while coming back to Bengaluru. We thank the Hotel staff for making it a comfortable stay.

Parking is provided on the opposite side/ across the road as there is limited area in the Hotel complex.

We travelled from Bengaluru by our own car . Stopped over this place for an overnight stay on our way to STATUE OF UNITY, Gujarat. It was a very comfortable stay. Facilities are good, they have maintained it well by keeping it very clean. Its a good boutique hotel pleasant for stays.
